Lakes are beginning to lock up around our area! Small and shallow water started freezing up last week, and some of the medium and larger lakes have froze in the last day or two. The main lake on Leech looks to be frozen over as well as Birch Lake here. We should start to see most of the other lakes lock up throughout the week! Ice conditions are very iffy right now! It will be nice to get some cold nights to thicken everything up so the anglers can get out there!

There will likely be some people finding some areas to get out over this Thanksgiving weekend. Spots will be pretty limited, but there might be some smaller water opportunities!
