The longest cast of all-time is recorded at 915 feet. Hey, it is good to have goals.
A strange world, this long distance casting business. So much talent, such enviable casts, but with no chance of catching a fish. Imagine taking a bit of that range and having a little bait at the end of the line. Sounds like a job for a Triumph® Surf rod. Made from SCII graphite and appointed with incredibly durable fittings, they fish faithfully season after season, cast after cast. Always with the intention of catching fish.

I have a 7 ft travel rod but i wanted something longer i could fish off cliffs with, cast past the surf, and also use it for dunking bait. I only tested it out for 30 mins but I could cast a 2 oz popper a good 80-100 yards with the wind using my saragosa 6000 with braided line. With a 6000 size reel it is pretty light. I also put an 8000 on it and it balances with the rod nicely but is a little heavy of a set up to cast all day.
